He also said "72 hours into diagnosis" which would mean Trump tested positive Wednesday morning, and then did events that day. I assume he misspoke.
doesn't mean he tested positive Wednesday morning, it likely means that's the first time he demonstrated a symptom. not too surprising given stressful debate the night before and I'm sure sleep probably was somewhat disturbed

the physician said during this time yesterday he was not requiring oxygen and at the time they made a statement yesterday. judging from events my guess is he might have needed some low dose oxygen Thursday night or last night. not atypical cuz for whatever reason people have been needing more oxygen during sleeping hours

While the doctor (Conley) was evasive in answering certain questions, he's bound by HIPAA and doctor-patient privilege to not disclose specifics unless given express permission to do so by Trump, or by a duly-authorized proxy.
he released more info than someone normally would tbh, for obvious reasons him being president of the country etc. don't think he was overly evasive
