politicians get caught being hypocritical regularly, maybe 1-5 times a year. something they tweeted or said to media comes back to haunt them.
to trump it happens about 100 times per year. and isnt consistent on any topic, its a scattershot of him arguing against himself.
this team has a poorly appointed leader, depleted funding, and a potus who has said this shouldnt be the case. i think their depleted funding is about all that affects them majorly, but clear top down direction is still important.
that tweet isnt a very strong argument for trump as a potus, but the hundreds behind it show he wasnt ready and still isn't. he's a wallstreet stooge with false promises on a slew of blue collar topics that he's failed to deliver on. if your opinion of trump is that he's anything but a huckster and liar then you're wrong, and trump himself can prove it to you with his own tweets.
the first 3 lines i have nothing to argue against. you are giving him the blame on both sides though. was Trump correct in criticizing Obama, but wrong to appoint Pence? or vice-versa? or did both presidents make bad moves in appointments and Trump +1'd Obama with a dumb tweet?
he's completed a lot of these blue collar topics even if not everything has been completed.
i wouldn't say Trump's not a liar. i don't think he's very honest, however, i do find him rather genuine. and through all the bs of politics, he has completed things that directly effect my life and wallet in a positive way.
i'll point you to the Trump Policy thread that i've yet to complete. it directly contradicts your claim that he has failed to deliver. i'll also mind you that all of this was done without help from the House. (instead, constant opposition)

maybe you should read the whole article instead of exclusively focusing on the small part that you think benefits trump because without the context of his general approach to the cdc and corona in particular, it might not appear that significant. i mean, is there anything you would actually criticise him for without trying to give him credit for trying to APPEAR like he's covering up the mess he created in the first place?
what a world we live in, where people would defend that just because the guy responsible happens to belong to a party that they support. partisanship is killing even reason and common sense...
take your own advice. and perhaps try getting the info from somewhere other than Snopes. (just a recommendation)
