Nah, fuckin' puritans brought that shit. My family left for the Americas in the late 1500s and infested all of the southeastern United States with a white plague.

It's really interesting when I hear that sort of history. My family hails from Catholic countries so they didn't come to America until the late 1800s early 1900s. Things like the Civil War and Revolutionary War just aren't a part of my history.
