Football isn't even close to the "gayest" sport IMO. Wrestling would be far more man on man action without the pads between them. And thats coming from a former wrestler.

Well she did also say that Floridian Gays were trying to do harm to others by pushing for Gay marriage.

I mean that's not that inflammatory of a statement but its not like she's a garden variety "i don't support gay marriage" politician. She took a pretty hard line on the issue.

She wasn't the only one faced with the ridiculous question, and the belief that gay marriage causes societal harm is a pretty mainstream position for American politics.

Yup its a mainstream idea, and when you ask for studies you get a bunch of shit only EndlessSky would feel comfortable posting. No proof gays are worse parents, worse spouses, more abusive, any of that. Im not sure what metric the mainstream is using to qualify "societal harm" but id love to see any studies that support that claim.

The harm gay marriage could cause to society is apparently so existential and intangible that it defies definition. But it definitely exists.

the best i can come up with is they make less babies. and we live in an over bloated society that could use a deal less babies. so societal good seems to be my end result.
