A scientific theory is a well-substantiated explanation of some aspect of the natural world that is acquired through the scientific method and repeatedly tested and confirmed through observation and experimentation.

Now that we have a clear definition. Lets start by listing the "repeatedly tested and confirmed through observation and experimentation" list of species that prove evolution. Or you could show me a study were amino acids clumped together to form even the most basic organisms.
