As a US citizen, I actually lived in China for 3 years right before Covid hit and I also have sources on how people illegally enter US step by step. Even till this day, I own a property and a Mercedes in China, even though I live in US.

The housing prices have been dropping in almost all cities in China by about 20% and stayed low. Recently 1-2 years, automobiles are harder to sell and also dropped in its price, since large number of people cannot afford cars.

If you lived in China for 3 years, you might want to recognized that 25 years or 30 years back a ton of these dudes are still eating tree bark or catching rats in the Fields to eat in order to survive. I am not sure in what ways you want to compare it to first world industrialized countries.

They don't at all. Australia has even more insane migration than the UK, but it's more palatable because it's a country of immigrants and it's not a saturated economy yet.

Mostly, China was doing really good before a Covid but the aftermath looks ugly. Of course you can say that about the whole world. US recovered much better because Chinese government would shut down cities with 8 million people for 2 weeks, even if there’s only few cases of COVID and did that too many times. It wasn’t until around beginning of 2023 they stopped caring about Covid.

The financial sector owned by Ali Pay would loan out big chunk of money and then asked people to pay them back in 1-2 months, they were afraid of Chinese citizens not being able to pay back. It’s sort of like if you had a loan of 50k usd and you were making payments then all the suddenly they ask you to pay all of it back. Most people aren’t buying houses over there anymore and I lost money by not selling my car 2 years ago.

US border control officers could stop people coming in but they took 20k USD(per person) from illegal immigrants to enter US.

Probably helps to be way down yonder with actual ability to get there inhibited by costliness. A lot easier to get to Greece, Spain or Italy and slowly move your way up to Germany and UK.

A lot of Americans think Covid wasn’t a threat, I felt nothing when I had Covid. Cars are harder to sell in China in past year. I bought a house cause you don’t have to pay any property taxes in China.

I honestly thought Trump did a better job with borders when he was in office, it wasn’t this bad. We really need to mass immigration into US, Canada and EU, New York City is a big mess right now.

Mass immigration is a benefit for Democrats as it affects voting.

Immigration is NOT A PROBLEM if the Migrants are right candidates.

As for buying property in China........ I wouldn't trust the Chinese Government even if they give me 50% discount and give me zero property tax on the property.

Their rules and regulations change so fast you don't have time to react , just like their banking regulations.

I hope their property prices drop, because Hong Kong property prices are dropping as well, which is good, so I can afford a decent size one.

Trump was actually doing an OK job. He could have done a even better job if these assholes are not around him. John Bolton, Lindsay Graham, Mike Pompeo etc etc etc and a ton more.
