It looks like he's "backtracking" on the federal worker pay freeze too.. A GOP senate candidate is supporting the pay increase and saying trump is taking another look. So basically he started the fire, gives free publicity to a GOP senate hopeful who is behind in the polling to put out the fire and he can act he did something good by allowing an already planned and allocated cost of living adjustment. Yay team.
