Funny part about this is he's been tweeting Tucker this morning who recently got embarrassed by using anonymous sources and making a claim on air that proved to be fake news

So Tucker did something once that CNN does everyday? gasp

True, but the Lanny Davis stuff really is embarrassing. CNN went all-in on the story that Trump may have had pre-knowledge of the Trump Tower meeting and Russian hacking, and both of those stories now appear to be false.

they keep playing with fire and they keep getting burned and it's cost them as it should

They try to compete with a popular conspiracy conservative network that has no issue spreading fake news with a majority of their content and they lose every time because they aren't serving the same type of people

The base of Fox News and the like do not care about truth but people outside of that do so it's silly for CNN to honeydick in similar ways knowing they are going to take a hit every time they get caught (a hit Fox won't take)

It's a shame as many of these networks and shows have played right into Trump's hand on this particular issue but they should have played it straight

Yep. And at the end of the day, CNN and Fox are most concerned with their viewership numbers. Fox sells by shilling for the GOP and CNN sells by running constant anti-Trump content.

Jon Stewart nailed it when he went on Chris Wallace's show a few years back. He said Fox was basically a Republican party propaganda network and CNN/MSNBC basically don't care who is running things as long as there is conflict. Basically a shilling model vs a sensationalist model.

However, that's not to say Fox and CNN are just as bad as one another. That would be a false equivalence. CNN is bad, Fox News is awful.

yet for some reason nobody can post decent enough examples of Fox News being awful to the extent of CNN, but internet is riddled with CNN lies, bias and propaganda ?

The problem is that Fox News for a long time (very heavily during the obama years) has heavily embraced conspiracy pundits (not news) on their news channel and blending them dishonestly for a notoriously uninformed audience

The actual news anchors like Shep, Bret, and Wallace aren't bad I'd even argue that for mainstream Shep is one of the best with honesty especially given the Hell he has to go through to be that way where he works

The network that mainstreamed racist conspiracy and fake news with years of Glenn Beck which converted Hannity to fill his disgusting place after Beck left

There are no mainstream networks even close to as bad as Fox has been since Obama entered the scene and that carried over from being the anti-obama network to being pro Trump but still pushing the same bullshit.
