trump going to win, and if he loses he'll challenge and win, and if he loses the challenge its only because of the democrats.

so at stage 3 does the shotgun get bit or will u just keep hope up in to biden year 3 that the scotus puts trump in?

No, cost DOES matter. If there's no cost to the ID, then there's no "poll tax" associated with it.
