They have a bit of a joke in libertarian circles.
"Whats the difference between a minarchist and an anarchist? 6 months"

I advocate a completely voluntarist system but im also ok with working towards a Ron Paul type minarchist society that doesn't try to greatly interfere in every transaction and imprison everyone for stupid things.

And the little oil spill pictured is soiling an area the size of a typical American back yard. And when pipeline operators detect the drop in pressure, they shut off the pumps so they stop the leak and can effect repairs. The leak pictured really is miniscule.
