we need national socialism with strong control over ethnicity within our country it seems..

Strong control over population rate and job numbers.
As long as the wrokforce remains strong health is not an issue.
My country is low population and resource rich, we could cover all out costs just by nationalising our lng supply.

It isn't cheaper. Its just taken out of your taxes so if you're dumb you think its free

i pay 6000 a year in taxes for anything and everything
how much do you pay for insurance which won't even cover you if you get "too sick"?

It's actually a lot cheaper.

Remember that whole thing about paying over double to not even give everybody basic coverage. Turns out that makes us more expensive.




My wife and I pay 320 a month for both of us with another 400 paid by her employer.

Then we also pay taxes.
