it will go down more civilized in tone, but even more chaotic in structure.

It won't even come close to topping the 2016 GOP Primary.

i think it’ll be a bit of both but it being a non-2016 situation will make it something like 2004 where there was a huge push to get Pres GWB out but despite all the flair candidates some boring, uninspiring swamp creature got the nod.

if we look back at how drumpf won the Presidency we can partially thank Pres Obama for so thoroughly recking the GOP from the executive branch perspective. Yeah he bled legislative power over his terms like many presidents do but he absolutely shreded the opposition when it came to elections.

this left the GOP scattered and lacking in resolve (their usual state tbh). Drumpf waltzes in, insults and destroys their rino, warmongering top brass (who has now defected to the mainstream democratic never-trump side) then stone cold stunners the (D) candidate. it was supposed to be the end of anything remotely conservative, now its not.

Only now a huge chunk of the lefty side is looking to the Sanders and Ocasio-Cortez wing of the party, which is a far closer expression to the will of their base. At least they’re honest about their agenda and dont hide behind some quasi-“oh we want to help the people long as we get ours first second and one-hundredth” platform. That should have been the 2016 matchup, but someone decided that wasn’t good enough for America.

So it’ll be a show to start but i think it’ll start with a flash and kinda flame out.

Agreed on the tone, but it won't be more chaotic than the 2016 GOP Primary - unless you are referring to chaos in the sense of more candidates moving up and down on each other in polling. Trump led the GOP primary from start to finish, so that primary was not chaotic in that sense.

But in terms of chaotic headlines, bickering, jabs, and politics, it won't be as chaotic as the 2016 GOP Primary.

yeah, i was referring more to the ups and down of polls and delegate counts. but I actually think that there will be ample bickering and politics in the Democratic 2020 primary. though maybe not as many nasty, personal attacks and less toxicity all-around than in the 2016 GOP primary (which will imho hold this record as "the most toxic primary ever" for a long long time).

Bunch of whiny toddlers on the left called the GOP promary "rude" and "uncivilized". Theyre just literal babies that don't know anything about the world and have probably never been in a fight. The founding fathers would have called you people women but without the charm. Thats how men talk

well, a political battle for who the party nominates to run for president has and should have other standards than a bar brawl.
