Facebook sucks. It's a propaganda mill, and you create your own echo chamber based on the content you like and follow. Plus, there appears to be an association between social media use and anxiety. Can't speak to causality, but it just seems unhealthy and toxic all around. Plus, you're just handing over personal info for businesses to use and make money on.
