So, I don't know how many of you guys are of working age, nor do I know how many of you may have held management positions. But I'm going to put this out there.

I've been a hiring manager or in an executive position on hiring panels for about 15 years now. I've personally hired more than 3,000 people, and sat on dozens of panels.

Not once have I ever hired someone who broke down crying and started screaming at me at the beginning of his job interview. And not once will I ever.

We have a group of friends where we cut a guy out (was always a friendly guy, not an agressive drunk or anything), cold turkey. At a houseparty of mine, that guy did something we thought was way over the line. He was incredibly drunk and and trying to make out with our female housemate, who instead of fight or flight, just froze. I pulled him away and her into one of our rooms. He got booted instantly.

You can always let someone back in but you never want to be in a position where you kept someone posing a threat around and something happens
