It's perfectly fine to support Trump - that is, if you're willing to put aside your honor and integrity for the sake of power and policy.

Like you said so yourself a few weeks ago, Trump has successfully appealed to the "dark side" of American politics.

One of these days, Donald Trump will no longer be president. And his supporters will have to live with the all of the moral and democratic compromises he made to this country's social fabric and institutions long after he is gone.

My guess is they won't care, but history certainly will.

Congressional Republicans still were taking measure of the situation, with Senator John Cornyn, the second-ranking Republican in the Senate, saying Cohen’s “credibility is in tatters because he’s basically been all over the map in terms of what his story is.”

This is really a case of acting w/o honor. Schumer is definitely going to hell if there is one.
Right now without a ninth Supreme Court justice, there are more or less four right leaning and four left leaning justices. By delaying the appointment of the ninth justice, the left is in effect influencing the Supreme Court in decisions that haven't even happened yet.,

I'm surprised the American people have put up with this shyt for so long. It's one think to fight for your party, it's a whole other thing to purposely deprive the SC of it's ninth justice, for the reasons Schumer lists.
