the cop is not on alert despite the person obviously being loud looking right at him as he casually walks up and never has his hand on the butt of the gun nor appears to ever be fully directed or focused on the person yelling at him

video pointed exactly where it needs to be without an alert cop?

the only time the camera oddly makes a dramatic change is during impact of the body

we never see the body hit
