The criteria for triage are rather easy early on: if you're past retirement age, you're fucked, if you have severe preexisting conditions, you're fucked.
What will be really tough to decide is when the situation gets even more dire and doctors have to decide whether to give the one ventilator to the fit 50 year old, or to the 40 year old who has asthma but no other conditions.
It might even come down to something like: if a choice has to be made between similar patients, the one with underaged children will get preferred treatment over the similar candidate who's childless.
