Honest question, if the IDF stopped all bombing, like literally zero more bombs, but kept up the blockade of Gaza, how would that change your opinion of the situation?

i'd personally be all for it. give them water, give them electricity, let only food through, and only invade on foot if action is needed. but that wont appease the #FREEPALESTINE hard liners.

I mean the US has form for bombing and civilian casualties. Its not really surprising; To Blinken's credit he tried diplomacy with Saudi and Egypt but neither country can be relied upon to be a major part of any solution.
Israel is also a staunch ally so a lot of rope will initially be given. There are also US hostages.

Israel was always going to react with severe use of force. The question is where defence ends and retribution starts.
And the truth is that retribution will only lead to more suffering for both sides.
