It's because of mail-in votes. They literally have to open up envelopes 1 by 1, ensure they have a signature and everything was marked correctly, then send them through a scanner. That obviously takes time. What does not take time is just pulling the feed from the ballot box on election day. That's why this is taking so long. It's not corrupt, it just is a physical process instead of an electric one.

this is a simple as i can make it based on what i tracked, not that u need it simply but to avoid confusion on specifics.

Buzzfeed had a bad infographic, they updated vote counts at 4 am and only increased Bidens by 100k or so, and gave trump ZERO.

this spawned a shitload of people claiming it was clear election fraud, buzzfeed fixed the typo and gave trump the 10k or w/e votes he had at 4 am, but they missed due to a data error in their info graphic.

THEN it still got shared all over the place, even tho it was fixed, and the story shifted from election fraud to censorship in right winged media. they (right winged media) all dropped the ZERO votes for trump claim, accepted it was a data error, but moved the goal posts to censorship.

and yet even tho no media outlet is actually claiming the zero votes conspiracy, idiots on twitter are still running with it and even trumps team is winking at it. people angry over an easily disprovable lie lol.

Edit: you may be correct about the AP source, in any case it was a data error corrected VERY shortly after it was pointed out.


in any case im not throwing out the baby, i frankly dont care what toothless rednecks do for the next week at protests. but they're invalidating themselves in the eyes of the public by standing on 2 crutches where 1 is an outright lie.

Yahoo uses AP map, same as google. Simple "election results" in search in either one brings up same thing.

Trip Gabriel NYT: Allegheny County, PA still has 35,413 uncounted mail-in ballots, but elections staff is taking today off for "administrative work" and will not resume count until Friday.
"I can't get an answer as to why,'' says @bethanyhallam, a member of county elections board.

AP has AZ called already and its still in play. Will use both I guess.

So 2 issues here, but first, thanks for the explanation!

1. The difference in the AP numbers occurred later than that in the screenshots, which were timestamped. I'd link you to a post, but sadly cannot. So I believe you're mistaken in correlating them with the Buzzfeed thing.

2. Georgia protesters are standing on their own crutch. Arizona protesters are standing on their own crutch. They're different people, protesting over different circumstances. You cannot judge one group based on the other. That's simply not rational.



Yeah, they called it a few hours after Fox News. Difference is Fox News got shat all over for calling it. Everyone simply accepted it when the AP did it. I was highly entertained, not gonna lie.
