Reread the first paragraph of my post #198. I have, despite your claim that I have not. Being "woke" is to be aware and stand for what one believes is the truth and advocate in favour of this truth. The sad reality is that this is very often a belief and not a truth. Binding the definition to a political side is narrowmindedness, in my opinion, because both sides of the spectrum has plenty of people no longer able to discuss the bigger picture beyond their own framework of reference.
(This is sheer repetition of what I've said already, but perhaps it needed to be wrapped in a single post to make it more clear for you)
^Djunior I also implore you to reread the conversation between the two of us, because you're jumping back and forth about positive discrimination and we're walking in circles. You've mentioned my being in favour of discrimination somehow, because I call you out for your wrongful definition of discrimination (see #205). You've even gone as far as to call me woke now, which is your second inference without grounds. You might recall that I'm just arguing that being woke is not equal to being left. Righties can be woke. I have given an example. I have given what I think is the definition of being woke. I have explained my stance on the ukr-rus situation, which by no means is an all-out pro-ukr point of view. I have explained what I think of your definition of being woke and why (e.g. reply on post 205). I don't know how else to clarify to you the point I'm trying to make >.>
In my first reply I said that being woke entails more than just being aware of racism. It can be applied in a broader sense.
Woke people's desire to show off their wokeness or to stand out as woke is definitely a factor (purple hair etc) which makes it all feel like they're putting up some kind of show to make themselves look better than others (calling others nazis). There's an air of dishonesty surrounding all this.
In a nutshell: Justice is good. Equality is good. Wokeness is bad.
You can disagree that's not a problem. This is PARD after all.
edit: unless you're fender or sauceman6000 they seem to take everything personal even when people agree with them on rare occasions
