Why would the meth addicted white trash care about what's going down in Loudoun/Fairfax/Prince William county? The Youngkin voters who were fervently against mask mandates almost exclusively live in deep red counties which will not impose such measures, all they care about is that the governor does not mandate these things for the entire state. The Youngkin voters from NoVA are the more moderate, educated, suburban type rather than MAGA-heads and will probably be okay with it.

And he can always bet on Democrats moving ever further to the left on cultural issues. So by the time he's up for reelection, the other side will have come up with even more crazy stuff which he can then use to rile up his base once again.
