I agree with you. I think Sanders is a socialist and Trump is a fascist. Bernie is obvious, but if you go down the list of the tenets of fascism, Trump meets almost all of them.


Yes completely disregarding America, Trump still has all the markings of a fascist. I'd say Bernie has very "diet" leanings towards socialism. Maybe he'd have more extreme views if Americans were allowed to though, who knows.

Yes. If the political institutions and political culture of this country did not influence them to hold them more in place, I have no doubt that both Sanders and Trump would move further along in their respective political axes.

Hes technically, at the moment, merely a right wing populist. Until he starts actively dismantling democracy, so that theres nothing stopping him, hes not actually a fascist. Probably why people have just been calling it Trumpism,

I think we'd need another full blown great depression for it to go that far.

I am so happy that this is Bernie's last hurrah.

I'll be very happy when the next election cycle comes around and Comrade is no longer a factor.

Now he can retire to the motherland as he has always dreamed.

He's quiet well off these days. He could easily liquidate and fund this trip with impunity.

Trump is a far better president than Biden would be. And he’s to the left of Biden on many issues. I’ll be leaving it blank this year.

this has to be the most dishonest and asinine take on this yet.

it's not 'democratic socialism' because he's a socialist who happens to live in a democracy, it's the policies he i advocating. he is in favour of a capitalist market with strong socialist elements - just like the perfectly well working social democracies in europe.

america's confusion and fear of certain labels is yet another indicator of how effective the propaganda, that divided the country, really is...
