It's a tough life, but someone's got to be a waste of space.

Without them, how would we measure success? I just hope Brian can color in the lines.......

yes, intent to obstruct an ongoing investigation. is in you could get off if you accidentally obstructed an ongoing investigation. investigations investigate if there was a crime, according to your 12 IQ interpretation it wouldn't ever be possible to obstruct any investigation that doesnt lead to a guilty verdict, as that's where we find out if the person is guilty of committing a crime that was investigated.

obstruction charges are designed to stop investigation and courtroom tampering, which can lead to a false innocent verdict if done successfully. like mob people silencing witnesses.

for the life of me i dont get how people can be so legally ignorant.

So what you're saying is that if you commit the crime of obstruction successfully, preventing the underlying crime from even being investigated, no crime should count whatsoever. This opens the floodgates to massive criminal activity. Destruction of evidence is no longer illegal. Obstruction is no longer illegal. Bleach those bits and laugh your way to the bank (and then rob it, because who fucking cares, crime pays).

so now were at a place where Mueller cant charge Trump, Congress wont impeach based on the info in his report, and Fender himself admits that Trump wont be charged after leaving office.

so that's it. case closed. no charge, no impeach, no charge pending. Done. Over.

There was plenty of evidence incriminating Hillary even after she destroyed some of it. What saved Hillary was loretta lynch.

Yes a suspect can destroy some evidence but the likelihood that one can just destroy all evidence (including witnesses?) is just bonkers. And if they are prosecuted you can just stack the obstruction on top of the charge.

If that wasnt the case, due process wouldnt be possible. Youre stretchng so far in this example its laughable. Its obvious that youre just the same as comey or mueller, you just dont like trump and want him taken down by whatever underhanded means you can muster.
