Do you seriously expect the other departments to push back against the ideological premises introduced by that department? And that's not even taking into account that being pro-LGBTQI* has become the orthodoxy among pretty much all mainstream institutions, including academia, the media, the bureaucracy, in corporate boardrooms and even in the military. Simply put, a strong pro-LGBTQI* bias has been introduced into nearly all source material that those other WHO departments could have drawn from.

So she was using an entirely different alias, a male alias mind you. She wasn's born as "Jeffrey Moreno"; this is NOT a Lindsey Graham like situation where the gender of a person's first name differs from the person's sex.
