The FBI didn’t give them specific requests. Doh

You mean like when they subpoenaed Hillary to hand over her emails?
Or does that just not count in lefty world?

Let's pay close attention to Goom's post. He's basically arguing that Trump's criminality deserves a pass because to treat his behavior fairly under the law would produce a bad outcome with his supporters.

How is this different from somebody from the mob claiming a prosecution of their boss would result in consequences? He's leveraging the nutjob mob Trump has with him to try to pressure prosecutors to not follow the facts and enforce the rule of law.

You'll have to tell me how thats any different from saying Hillary shouldn't be prosecuted for the good of the nation. Because I can tell you a way the two cases are the same: Neither concerned a serious allegation of corruption or malice. Hillary used a personal email server, boohoo, she wasn't selling state secrets. Trump bragged to some PAC head? At least in Trumps case, a victimless crime that affects no one. Thats not a mafia don arranging hits, that's jaywalking on an empty street.

You know our nation had a pretty good example of a politician who recklessly leaked military secrets for a dumb reason. Andrew May is estimated to have cost 10 submarines and 800 lives when he bragged to the press that the japs set their depth charges too shallow. And the imperial navy corrected their error. Not a victimless crime, more like jaywalking on the F1 track. How many dozens of felonies did he get charged with? How many hundreds of years in prison? Did it even end his career? Nope. He got 9 months in prison though: for an actual and unrelated malicious crime of bribery and war profiteering. Like a mafia don. See how that works?

This is the Biden administrations biggest gambit yet, trying to lock up his election opponent on charges over some trivial bullshit. Nevermind all the legal theory flaws and wild leaps and missing evidence (which documents are supposed to be in that clip of him saying 'its classified'? Is there a single witness to claim he showed anyone? nope?)- What matters is that this is just an accusation of Trump being dumb not corrupt, and everyone who voted for him already knew he is a moron, just, their moron

Yep, I've outlined in this thread how there was clear and unambiguous malice. The laws were broken intentionally at every stage.

You're doing that thing stupid people do, where they mistake length for quality.

lmao. They could train an AI on the entirety of the right-wing shit-sphere and still not be able to pump out the distilled idiocy you concoct over your microwave dinner.
