The other nations you listed are good examples, NK isn't. sanctions have been so effective that even our serious adversary Russia only dares to trickle in supplies on the black market.
NK managed to produce nukes despite the toughest sanctions regime possible, no matter what you say will change that and to say that's bad news is an understatement. Countries like Iran might follow their example.
