cop's problem was that he clearly maxed both penetrate and critical strike instead of dodge/evade/avoid

Kim Potter was trying to taser a suspect who was wanted on violent felony charges and tried to floor the pedal while another officer was wedged in the vehicle and about to be dragged and possibly killed, and the anti-cop radicals still convicted her on the theory that using a taser was first degree felony assault and battery with transferred intent to her mistaken gun use.
