It is pretty absurd tbh

You don’t even need take 2 million, half of that are kids so start there and with their mom. You can vet the dads. Single adult males will
Not all want to leave and there is going to be some collateral
Damage that can’t be avoided. Rest can be vetted as well. It will overall be cheaper than an occupation of a residential area that hates you.

US should be able to flex more to make it happen. It’s not really realistic for American cities to make up this and much harder logistically.

How many times have we heard Egypt border is about to open. Like what is the actual problem here

My wife has a palestinian kid in her class, mother is from Gaza, father from mexico of all places. she came to school one day and threatened a teacher, then attacked the staff, then assaulted police. threatened to return and shoot up the place. she was deported back to Palestine, and was supposed to return before this war started.

these people were raised in a meat grinder, where they go violence sadly follows. no one wants to inherit their issues, man woman or child.

It is more complicated than just absorbing the population. The combined countries of the West could easily absorb all Israelis as well but that won't happen either. If the M.E. countries genuinely support an independent Palestinian state then assisting in removing Palestinians from it would be counter productive at best and assisting in ethnic cleansing at worst. The reality of what would happen if say Egypt said "we will take 1 million Palestinians" is that a million of them would be herded out like cattle, many of whom probably wouldn't want to leave.

Regarding the refugee issue, I don't think it says much about the Muslim world, the countries you mentioned were largely destroyed as a result of western actions, most likely the resettlement/refugee plans were designed and approved by those countries as well.

Also it isn't as if refugees have the luxury of choice, they go where they can and wherever will provide the best start at a new life. If my country was bombed into the stone age I would rather be a refugee in a foreign land that gave me a house/food/job/etc than be living in a refugee camp in a more culturally similar area. It is nice we offer those things but it isn't something every country can feasibly do even if they wanted to. Given the major issues this type of mass immigration has been causing in western countries I wouldn't say it's a great investment either.

Many refugees do actually have the luxury of choice and precisely for the reasons you mentioned choose to go the lands that will give them cushy aid and not stick around in the first place they are safe. Not all those countries around there are dumps that wouldn't be able to help. The gulf Arabs have higher living standards than us living in the west. You're telling me UAE, Qatar, SA, Bahrain, can't lift a finger and take in some people? Many of them also played a role in some of these wars. Not trying to go into too much detail but Syria for example, was mainly a war between the ruling Shiites, which remained in power and rebel Sunni groups backed armed and funded by Wahhabist SA and the other gulf rich nations, including the Turks (obviously we also also supported many of these rebels). So they do bare some of the brunt.

To me it's highly hypocritical for many of these surrounding countries to be the first to sound the alarm and be critical of Israeli actions yet do so very little to support fellow Muslim refugees or even make serious attempts to diffuse the situation by at the very least acknowledging Israel's right to exist.

Edit: But I do agree with you on the fact that our interference in the region has been a net negative and we're probably at least somewhat responsible for the shit show.

those surrounding countries don't want those Gaza civilians. they know it will bring them only trouble. period.

they prefer letting Israel deal with Gaza as a terror-shit-hole. and when a conflict rises, they blame.

this is old news.. always been like that. this is the least of our problems.

how do you think a sane, rational country is gonna act after they raped, killed, burned, shot and mainly massacred our chlidren and babies and females.. etc ?

we should bomb 1 building ? 200 ? 20,000 ?

you wanna talk about disproportionate force ? go ahead and seek out what Assad did to his own people. see what Russia did in the past. the list goes on.

let's see how Europe will look like in a 100 years. im a bit sad i won't be alive to see it.

long-term ? Hamas is done. Gaza will be a better place than the last 20 years. deal with it.

stop deluding yourself. no "sane" or "rational" country maintains a decades long brutal and illegal occupation, establishes an apartheid state, indiscriminately murders, tortures, and starves the imprisoned, and expects them to just take it without any resistance.

you already slaughtered twice as many "women and children" in the last week as they have during their unspeakably cruel terror attack. you already far out-terrorised and out-killed them. how does it feel to be even worse than literal hamas terrorists?

The mother or the kid? Ah mother I misread initially

Socioeconomic and mental health issues walk hand in Hand, one of the few constants in the world

And Gaza is in a whole different category of socioeconomic

Children can still be molded in the right circumstances

an update just to share - you can do anything you want with this information, and maybe later on it will be on networks you will be able to see.

Israeli officials in regard of the hospital case: It is unequivocally a failed rocket intended to fall on Israel.
supposedly it was one of the missiles that was aimed to Haifa. sources claims another one landed at sea.

do what you want with it.

yup its a fucking wild family. 2 Mexican brothers married 2 Palestinian sisters, neither men speak arabic, neither women speak spanish. a dozen or so domestic dispute police visits, kids are all like rabid animals who speak 1/2 of 3 different languages. both moms now deported. also all have some sort of condition where all of the kids have their top teeth rotted out, just the top center. fucking weird situation.

i was in the IDF good sir. i didn't slaughter ( nor did my country ) anyone in my service nor outside of my service. i teach my son to respect any religion ( although we are secular ), but i also know to recognized a BDS-lover such as yourself.
we simply defend ourselves the best way we can. people die after* they fire at us. simple yet hard to comprehend truth.

the only one who is deluding himself is you, il ignore you the best i can.
