... which is the result of people who previously were long-time unemployed, and often times underqualified, finally finding a job again. it's actually a phenomenom that one can observe quite frequently on a booming labor market: unemployment goes down and
average wages
temporarily go slightly down as well. this usually is a good sign and not a bad one!
