I've learned over the years that "guessing" what the future holds, doesn't work out that often. I mean sure, we can assume things like "Trump is on pace to spend a lot". But anything can happen.
Hell, for all we know he could keel over tomorrow from a heart attack. Someone in Hawaii could discover huge, world class, diamond deposits. Texas or Alaska could find huge undiscovered oil deposits.

I see a lot of folks on PaRD arguing things like which republicans are going to vote for Kavanaugh. I guess, guessing could be fun. But I don't see it.

Not really. You can predict general trends pretty easily, like unless republicans walk the walk they will keep adding similar amounts every year.

Not really a guess. Trumps gonna keep adding to the debt at a rate of 500b/yr minimum for the duration of his term, likely double or triple that though.

When a Democrat gets back in the office Republicans will start bitching about the debt again

You know how budgets work right? Expenses don't just disappear and money doesn't appear without real work, which it currently seems like Trump has no interest in.
