i mean its technically possible, but i find it exceedingly rare in reality. the two generally dont mix, just as people too concerned with morality rarely make good workers.
The best workers I've ever managed were mostly people I would never want to spend time with outside of work.
I've dealt with needlessly cruel, heartless, and complete amoral people. Many ex-felons, and more. People you would think it's best to avoid.
The thing is, those who routinely experience the worst in people, life, and themselves, don't hold any strange armchair idealisms about how things "should be". They work to fix what they can.
As employees, they tend to be some of the best, as well as most quiet and least likely to complain. Super reliable, and often end up getting promoted up to whatever point they can continue to get the job done.
I'll agree that those super concerned with morality end up spending as much time complaining in HR as working, and tend to get themselves fired. Focus on work is key.
In this, Trump's a god damned superman. Near as I can tell, he sleeps 2 hours every 6 months, and when he's not working, he's tweeting. If there's one thing most of us would like, it's that he gives up the stupid tweeting, sticks to the purely informative, and otherwise, if he wins just carry on carrying on.

People who are afflicted with the cognitive distortions we are discussing (racism, sexism) usually aren't the best of thinkers anyway, i agree.
We already confirmed you're a racist sexist with your rant against white males. No need to harp on it, we weren't speaking of you specifically.
