very long story short: sold a locked/scammer'ed user's items for fg (almost a decade ago), got locked for that, eventually got a scammer tag because I happened to log onto one of his multi accounts that we briefly shared (after I got locked for selling his items, which unbeknownst to me was against site policy which is stupid). d2jsp staff literally thinks I am that other user i.e. we're the same person since we happened to share an account once lmao, even though i don't know how that's possible as we've never shared an IP address. And they since they think we're the same person, I have to repay back HIS SCAMS apparently, which I am not going to do nor have any interest in. TL:DR version: d2jsp staff are ignorant and uninformed.

So a 2018 account got locked/tagged for selling stuff a decade ago?

Yes, I believe someone reported me on this account. If d2jsp staff thinks & finds out you're a multi of a scammer you bet you're going to get all subsequent accounts locked/scammered and possibly even banned/disabled in some cases.
