Trump needs to have the greatest debate of his life tomorrow. The campaign has set expectations so low for Biden that if he doesn't shit, piss, or vomit, he'll be the winner.

Imho, it's not about the expectations, or even the media narrative after the debate. Trump is so far down in the polls that he needs a decisive win in tomorrow's debate to close the gap - a win on substantive grounds and not just fluff like the optics or the headlines.
I doubt that he can get the kind of win he needs, I dont even think he could have gotten it if expectations for Biden were normal.
