11th circuit grants DOJ's appeal concerning the 100 classified documents. The issue was that the district judge ruled that the DOJ could not view any of the documents recovered from Trump's residence for investigative purposes(until the Special Master, appointed by her, had continued his review), the DOJ responded asking for access to at least the classified(or marked classified) documents, the district judge denied them, DOJ appealed to a higher court, and the appellate court explained how the district judge needs to go back to law school.
It was a three judge panel with two Trump appointees.

Trump cultists in the media and on this forum can make bullshit arguments all day... but when those arguments show up in a court room, where facts matter, they fall apart and aren't taken seriously. I guess the problem is, if the cult has it's way, every judge will be like Aileen Cannon.
