that's what you'd imagine, but of course they will all just act like this never happened, and that's it. remember how for a week they all went with the 'we have to seperate kids from parents if we want a border' narrative, until the emperor decreed that practice was no longer publicly defendable and walked it back?
you would think at some point they'd be ashamed of their constantly changing narratives and #alternative facts, but they never are...

Well, ya can only predict what demotards will do most of the time. Trump was 100% for separation till the demotards went haywire.
Too many liberal tear stained videos, audio clips, fake news articles etc., and Trump HAD to say: OK let's reunite the kids and parents.

The legal consensus is that a president can't be indicted while in office, so the likely scenario IMO is that people close to Trump will be indicted, and depending on the timing, Trump will pardon them and himself, and resign. He'll rightly go down in history as a criminal scoundrel who was elected because of an FBI director gone rogue.

Pence will be the Republican candidate in 2020.
