1. She was referring to Soros stringing them up for failing the Cobra mission, not Trump. Also, this was hearsay from a Fake News NBC producer.

2.
Quote
District Judge Emilio Chavez on Wednesday dismissed charges against three of the five defendants -- Lucas Morton, Subhannah Wahhaj and Hujrah Wahhaj -- ruling that authorities violated the state’s “10-day rule.”

Child abuse charges against them were dropped because prosecutors missed the 10-day limit for an evidentiary hearing to establish probable cause.

During a separate hearing Wednesday, Judge Jeff McElroy dismissed the same charges against fellow defendants, Siraj Ibn Wahhaj and Jany Leveille. However, charges leveled against them on Friday, in connection to the death of a missing 3-year-old boy, remained.

So you are in favor of lawlessness? Because the judge enforced the law as it is written, literally. If he hadn't, he would be promoting a lawless society and completely failing his job as a judge.

Doesn't mean they weren't guilty.
Maybe we should be concerned with the judge that is making these rulings. Like the... let them out of jail, to begin with.
I see a problem with the judge. That is what needs to be addressed.

Oh wait, too bad the SC isn't in session. :/

So you want the judge to break the law and order law enforcement to carry out his personal opinion instead?

Isn't that the dreaded judicial activism conservatives have been warning us about for ages?

Judges interpret the law, that is their job. A judge purposely misinterpreting the law for w/e reason, is meat for the SC to deal with, and they will.

The 10 day limit is a hard cap, not an interpretation. Are you in favor of the rule of law or of lawlessness?

So you want me to believe that the prosecution, aka, lawyers, didn't know about this 10 day limit? LOL

Yes. I want you to understand that the people who purposefully dropped the ball on this are the prosecution and the Deep State agents in the alphabet agencies who failed to do this within the allotted window in order to create a smokescreen of blaming the "liberal" judge (whose hands are tied by the law) rather than corruption in the FBI. They've successfully created a liberal vs conservative false narrative in order to protect their assets and their authoritarian-agenda.
