Mainly his being a hardcore religious guy, I dont trust him to not favor his religion when coming up with his judgments. Roe V, etc.

It's one claim vs another. No corroboration, no evidence. I watched both opening testimonies.

The GOP refused to launch an investigation, so how could we possibly know what happened? It's basically comparing two conflicting testimonies.

I think something happened to Ford, but I'm not convinced enough that it was Kavanaugh.

That all said, during this entire process, I think he's revealed himself as quite partisan, which in itself could be disqualifying.
