Wake me up when Paul Ryan passes an authorization bill in House with a simple majority that includes spending estimates for the wall.

Trump can blame Democrats all he wants but the truth is Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell can't get enough internal party support for funding of the wall.

As Paul Ryan previously said, there's only one person in Washington who wants the wall. It's an exaggeration, but Congressional Republicans and Democrats by and large don't want it.
