most of that has been long-debunked. the draft-dodging is still funny though because Biden dodged too

im sure the ‘slew of military men’ are the ones who helped ship our young soldiers to no-win useless endless wars destroying villages where brown people live, while they attended cocktail parties and lined their pockets off the profits of the armament companies that politicians left and right gave favorable contracts to.

and the political figures who helped facilitate this? people like Sen Biden (D) who voted FOR the wars of establishment aggression

first two were debunked by close to two-dozen confirmed sources who were there. four “unknown sources” still somehow get the benefit of the doubt. there another two or three bullet points about the rain too. bountygate crashed as soon as someone asked for proof. and the draft dodging is a tie between both candidates

some other doozys:

Quote
Trump mocked Lt. Col. Vindman for his rank and uniform. He threatened said purple heart officer, resulting in the Army providing him protection

Vindman went against the chain of command and made spectacle of himself and his rank during testimony. the purple heart is unrelated to his actions

Quote
Trump’s Chief of Staff worked—in secret—to deny comprehensive health coverage to Vietnam Vets who suffered from Agent Orange

john kelly did this? doubtful

good we should keep getting out of Syria, too many US lives lost there and moving forces is part of military strategy. oh wait im sure putin wanted the base and asked for it

good we should keep getting out of Syria, too many US lives lost there and moving forces is part of military strategy. I looked it up. The bombing resulted in no injuries and Turkey was embarrassed to admit their mistake

sounds like a bonus, doesnt hurt the military to have some good food

meddling = firing swamp demons. this helps our veterans

I don’t agree with this action if true - i looked it up and its not a blanket denial of citizenship.

good we are spending less abroad so the funds can be used elsewhere, doesnt hurt the military

Quote

this accusation makes no sense. why are prosecuted war criminals serving as navy prosecutors?

Quote

so? doesn’t hurt the military

oh boo hoo he commented on mueller

this has nothing to do with the military

the rest is mostly petty gossip, vague comments on policy that never seem to materialize, trump bragging about himself like an idiot, or trump’s personal dispute with mccain or some group who attacked him first

three other key points:

1) the modern left has been anti-military since the Korean war so it’s rich a few generals have supposed support of Biden, maybe it has to do with Biden loving war
2) Trump hasn’t started any new wars so this definitely upsets the military-industrial complex
3) just to reiterate, im sure the ‘slew of military men’ are the ones who helped ship our young soldiers to no-win useless endless wars destroying villages where brown people live, while they attended cocktail parties and lined their pockets off the profits of the armament companies that politicians left and right gave favorable contracts to.

i'd say of the 12 you grabbed out of 60 i still dont agree with many of your takes and can see how military men might not either. on McCain for example his spat that was supposed to be personal instead threw shade at thousands of POWs and MIA soldiers. and things like "didnt hurt the military" might still be a really bad look people dont appreciate.

many of them are near-repeats of prior assertions. like i said the rain comment is there 2-3 times. if you really want to me to copy paste the same general rebuttal 5x ill do it this evening after grilling dinner

notice how anyone can make a doozy of a claim now and you have to disprove it, the accuser does not have to justify anything and when called out just say “oops retract”

ive never been a fan of the POW comments. Trump had plenty to respond to mccain on but he went with the lowest blow possible. history shows that mccain attacked trump and called all trump supporters “crazies”, he started it.

no need for a megadump, for someone set on ending neocons they're willing to set aside military pride a bit to get there, for some pride is the highest priority. be they generals or rank and file. i think to them its easy to prefer Biden, as he's not as likely to slip up on the procedural stuff or deal low blows, even if he is more likely to start a conflict.

fair assessment. i dont think military support of either candidate is beyond reason like you said it boils down to different current expectations

Another case of "even if 75% of those are bullshit the remaining 25% still makes up more crap than any other president"
