However, the others protesters are definitely responsible and should be incarcerated immediately.

Why do the police choose to use mounted horse when they have an abundance of modern tools for crowd control and protest mitigation? Its a great strategy to defer accountability to a BEAST. Police are responsible for deploying an ineffective tool known to do collateral damage. Another example of police low IQ in action.

The very classy police of Canada is traditionally using horses, such a beautiful creature, a creation of gawd (etc)
The ones who have nothing to do here are the protesters (disturbing the life of real citizen, blocking the way etc...)
These thugs savagely agressed an innocent animal by throwing a bike, these "people" are 100% responsible of any bad outcome.

They must be judged. (in front of the law, facing the saintly Lord Trudeau etc)
