I'm intelligent enough to realize that I don't need to lay my head on the road to be able to still effectively protest. Thus not only minimizing my chance of injury but also being able to protest for a longer period. Shame this person wasn't.

I encourage you to go lay in the road for your beliefs if you think it's effective.

Police brutality is also against the law.
I do not care about laws if the people enforcing them are outside of them, laws are a cost for performing an action, if there is no cost for a group within the system then corruption is a foregone conclusion.
