We should always assume white women with children in the car are abducting children. And if they have mace on their keychain they deserve to get shot in the head. Armed and dangerous potential child kidnappers have it coming to them.

Is this white woman in your delusion resisting arrest, fighting police, and reaching for her mace? Even then, she doesn't have a weapon that can cause lethal harm to the officer.
