You do know there’s a difference between how amateur and pro boxing works, right? The point is not to knockout the opponent, but to land clean punches. Women also have to wear protective headgear, so obviously knockouts are rare.
The top rated pound-for-pound AM boxer has 28 KOs in 103 fights with 88% wins.
The top rated pound-for-pound Pro boxer has 24 KOs in 27 fights with 100% wins.
It seems like your idea of Olympic boxing is based on Pro boxing, but it’s two different sports.
