sure, but the fact that he shoots right handed isnt evidence against him potentially aiming a gun at someone left handed. especially when he's running around trying to find Balch in a chaotic scene.

prosecution needs to prove he pointed a gun at someone, what hand its held in legally doesnt matter. the person he's pointing at has no way to know he's not going to shoot because he's not in his dominant hand. that person cant even confirm its loaded. Assume ALL guns are loaded, that's basic gun safety training.

the reality is the prosecution cant really prove without that photo he had pointed a gun at anyone.
