its a big step towards securing funding for the wall, but it's not through the entire legislative process yet. the full house vote will be no problem, but the reconciliation committee between the senate and the house version might water the wall funding down.

On one hand the wall is a retarded vanity project that won’t solve a problem.

On the other hand it gives Democrats infinite ammo against Republicans when Republicans start talking about fiscal responsibility.
