For anyone confused on the zooming objection that took up a large part of yesterday's arguments, this is a good illustration of what happened.

as you can see once enhanced via an algorithm details are filled in to attempt to make the image more clear. normally this wouldnt be a large issue, if for example someone was trying to illustrate that someone wearing a red shirt and green pants was present at a location, where on the original grainy image it's too hard to make out. however this specific piece of evidence is attempting to show the angle Kyle allegedly was holding his gun to claim Kyle pointed his gun at the man who shot the gun into the air as Rosenbaum was chasing him. A witness we must note is subpoenaed by the prosecution but was not called as a witness.

it seems on its face to be a good objection and the evidence should be excluded.
