these loopholes that allow them to get away with not paying the actual taxes they should be paying is what i'm targetting

my problem isn't that taxes aren't too high or low, perfectly legal schemes to move money around and avoid paying the actual taxes owed for money made on us soil is my problem - there are a lot of obstacles to getting rid of said loop holes or reforming tax policy from corporate america for this reason

as for tax systems, you realize whether it's progressive or flat that those that have the most wealth will still make up most of the tax pool correct?

with flat taxes you risk overwhelming those on the bottom or produce significant cuts in government spending on goods/services/projects that help the general public

progessive tax policies are more sensible for this reason and make it easier to achieve an ideal level of spending/taxation for whatever your goals are

If you make up excuses about it being impossible to close loopholes when it could genuinely provide a benefit, of course your going to be too flimsy to get the job done.

With progressive taxes, the proportion of money received from taxpayers to the actual percentage demanded by the government isn't linear. Actions chosen by individuals within an economy can change based on what behaviors are encouraged. Its possible to charge higher taxes but make less money because people are making different financial decisions. The powerful will find ways to minimize their taxes and maximize their gains one way or another.

One thing you should consider too is that part of the reason why the rich try so hard to avoid paying taxes is because there are so many militant individuals like you who would rather demonize and extort them than work together with them towards a greater fulfillment for society.

Another big argument for a flat tax is that everyone in the country has one vote in elections regardless of how much (or little) they actually contribute to society.

The things you added about a flat tax making less money or overwhelming individuals or achieving "ideal levels" are situational and won't happen if the enforcers understand the economics taking place behind the scenes.

In 2010 the top exporters of small arms and light weapons (those with annual exports of at least USD 100 million),
according to available customs data, were (in descending order) the United States, Germany, Italy, Brazil,
Switzerland, Israel, Austria, the Russian Federation, South Korea, Sweden, Belgium, and Spain. The top importers

How others parent their children is none of my business. Besides, their rate of homicides is low so gun control is not necessary according to the graph. What's your problem, really, leave me alone.

this is why you should read the study done by small arms survey instead of using their graphs to your own benefit

Killgore's graph clearly supports my view, not his.

Lets hope he hits them with a baseball bat, he can go to one of the terribly underfunded and poorly ran institutions in his state. Anybody from a state that sends their problems to be dealt with by another state who has it together needs to put a dick in it and stfu. I love when people cut taxes so much they can't handle their problems and then we have to pick up the slack. It isn't enough that Kentucky or Indiana hasn't built a new facility for mental health in over fifty years, but they have to send all their patients to Ohio to live because the states are run so badly. Same for Florida. I see GOP leadership, and the states their from, and it is like, why would anybody ever want that?

This 'Magic Love Horse' guy could take quite a few things off that list if he wasn't so mentally debilitated as to think the best means of defence for a female is ''house keys'', lmfao...
