Because that would legitimatize polygraphs and turn it into an equal claim vs equal claim sort of thing. Same thing with an investigation. The GOP's strategy was to dismiss the allegations rather than potentially provide them with any sort of response or legitimacy.

All he has to do is pressure BK to withdraw. Then he says "Hey, BK withdrew. Can't do anything about that! So I am nominating a very intelligent, capable woman for this job"

i agree. but we have unscientific proof next to a calendar written in crayon. 2 countering polygraphs would take each other off the board. K Harris even said, "you took a polygraph, BKav did not".

I mean a certain amount of emotion is good but he's pausing every other sentence to stop himself from crying. Clearly this smearjob has gotten to him.
