Not really. That's kind of intellectually dishonest. The way you've framed it, either result in NV can 'prove you right'. If Trump Wins NV, you were right. If Trump loses NV, then you can still say that they used the delay to hide the tallies, which doesn't disprove your claim. We'll never know what the result would have been if it had been announced right away, therefore your conspiracy is never disprovable. The trademark of any good conspiracy.
That being said, I'm not even interested in disproving your conspiracy. I happen to think it is suspicious AF that we still don't have results from GA/NC/NV. If it were MI/WI/PA remaining uncalled, it wouldn't be sketchy at all since we had prior expectations of delayed results in those three places. But the fact that we have 3 surprise delays is weird. NC rushed right to 95% reporting (as expected) then suddenly stopped short of the goal line. They haven't moved for 24 hours. That is a questionably long amount of time.
