Feinstein needs to retire. I have no idea why she is insisting on another 6 year term. She hasn't even accomplished much given she's been in the Senate for 26 years now.
She should give Kevin de León a shot, his life story is way more inspiring the Democrats need some new blood.
All the Old Guard needs to go. New blood and new ideas.
The Baby Boomers finally dying off will be the best thing to happen to the United States. It is no surprise that the most toxic generation has elected the most toxic president as it's last gasp. Clinton was toxic too, even though I voted for her. Thought about voting for Gary Johnson but he was gonna get 2% tops and I couldn't let the Aleppo thing go...it was the most important thing going on in the world at the time and he had an interview...so I concluded that he was a fucking idiot afterall. Clinton was an evil, corrupt, world-class Arch-Sith Lord, but at least continuing the Democratic platform was in her own best interest, and I can trust Darth Clinton to act in her own best interest 100% of the time. Democrats are objectively better at managing the economy and that's my prime concern because that is the pie we all have to cut up and live off of. They are also much better at cutting up the pie.
Here is a book about it:

The Democratic and Republican Parties are virtual opposites of each other in their economic records, going back to the earliest period for which economic data were available, around 1910. More than a dozen studies have been done comparing economic growth, unemployment, average length of unemployment, stock market performance, inflation, federal debt, and other economic indicators, during Democratic and Republican presidencies and congresses, and they all show stunningly better performance when Democrats are in power, than when Republicans are. These studies are all available online, and they are all summarized and discussed in this path-breaking book, which settles, once and for all, the question of whether there’s any significant economic difference between the two Parties. Not only is there a difference, but – shockingly – it always runs in favor of Democrats in power. There might be other types of reasons for voting Republican, but all of the economic reasons favor voting for Democrats. Regarding economic performance, the two Parties aren’t even close.

This book just kind of aggregates other sources to show as fact that Democrats are objectively better at Republicans at growing the economy we all live off of.
At this point voting Republican is an act of self-harm.
